Training yesterday took it out of me... as any of you who have rowed sweep before will know - if the boat isn't set properly then it tends to be down to either bow or stroke side consistently. As bowman with a bow down boat this meant a pretty hard workout. Anyway, to cut a long story short, I am stiff as a poker today and looking to rest my weary bones. I need cushions and lots of them.

We have a number of short, rectangular cushions which perfectly support the lower back so these are my preference for today. These cusions are, in fact, super preppy... they are needlepoint cushions with pictures of dogs and sailboats on them, not disimilar to those in the picture.

These coarse stitched cushions last forever and seem to withstand all manner of wear and tear. Ideally displaying pictures of pets or other such preppy images, these cushions complete any preppy home with a comfortable and relaxed look. They are also very comfortable as they tend to be packed full of stuffing. If you're feeling brave, why not try stitching your own?
